These presentations are in PowerPoint Show format (*.pps). To view one, click the hyperlink and:

1) When asked, choose "Open."
2) Be patient while the show loads. (Your browser status bar may say "Done" when it isn't yet.) Then it will run smoothly.
3) Maximize your browser window.
4) When an "advance" button appears at the bottom of a slide, the animation is finished. Click anywhere for the next slide.
5) When the show is over, close your browser window to come back here.

Presentations

A long-awaited feature is here - in PowerPoint 2003. A template can now include multiple slide masters and title slide
masters! Watch a short presentation demonstrating this. The content of the show doesn't make sense. One slide near the middle has a cute animation. The opening slide has a very nice animation - watch it all. At a workshop or keynote, Verna
starts this as she is being introduced. It is behind the speaker, who has no idea why the audience is twittering.

Animations

Watch a short presentation with a lot of animation - my favorites excerpted from a longer show, so the content
doesn't make sense. In real life, this would be too much animation.

Watch a presentation of excerpts from Melissie Rumizen's hilarious communities of practice slide show.
She provided the graphics. I animated them and added sound.

PowerPoint Diagrams

Watch a short presentation with some diagrams not in the other presentations. Only the first 2 slides are animated.
