Websites - a story of website development Quick update August 2009 - This page is really out of date. www.vernaallee.com - version with screen shot below wasn't viewable in FoxFire, so I had to redo it. Please visit it to see how it looks now. www.value-networks.com - I now have again, and have updated it. Please visit. www.valuenetworks.com - I now have some involvement. I have back-end access, so I can edit the corporate pages, as well as the more dynamic blog pages. Please visit. www.valuenetworksanalysis.com is no longer the entrance to the application. Paid subscribers access it through www.valuenetworks.com. |

I originally created Verna's website in 1998 and have maintained and updated it ever since, in FrontPage. An especially interesting page to visit is the Value Networks Library. I recently updated the site, giving it a completely new, fresh look -

It had a number of previous looks that I don't have any record of. |

www.alleevaluenetworks.com Verna and I developed this website in 2005 as an e-commerce site for membership subscriptions. Because it is a secure site, a developer built it for us. Verna and I designed the look. I have keep it updated, in Dreamweaver, which I learned just enough about - to do this. I am not a professional webmistress, and am quite happy with FrontPage. I have been responsible for the administration of the site, including database tracking, answering inquiries, etc. |

The value of the site is many e-learning modules written by Verna and copyedited by me - and Oliver's Business Intelligence application, GenIsis™, with new versions being made downloadable by members as Oliver developed them. The application automates the drawing of value network maps and diagrams. This site was phased out and then closed as it was integrated into the new, fully-formed application, ValueNetworks.com™. That site is being developed, branded, etc., by real professionals. |

In 2006, Verna and I designed, and I created, in FrontPage, an open source site for the worldwide community of users of Verna's ValueNet Works™ methodology. A colleague of Verna's, John Maloney, was working more closely with her, hosting Value Network Cluster events, and developing the Value Network Consortium, so he eventually took over as webmaster. The site looks much better now, although the basic structure is the same.

I didn't have anything to do with the development of this new site, which is the home of Value Networks LLC. The partnership of Verna, Oliver, and Ken Vanosky, Value Networks LLC is a software technology company for value networks visualization, analysis, and optimization. Their offerings include software licensing, expert services, enterprise integration, and syndication of industry benchmarks - for network business diagnosis, corporate performance optimization, and improvements in network business innovation. Their specific product at this time is the web-based application ValueNetworksAnalysis.com™. |

www.valuenetworksanalysis.com This is the actual application - the product of Value Networks LLC. I did beta testing of the application, as I developed the documentation. The complete documentation is a comprehensive Help Library. |
